uSpark contributes our professional development services in return for an agreed equity stake in your business. The amount of services we provide depends on your entry gate into our program, which is determined by the maturity of your product.
You have: A product business case
Together, we will: Develop a technically proficient 'minimum viable product' (MVP) and test it with early-adopter customers
uSpark will: Provide up to $200,000 of services to build the MVP
You have: A tested MVP
Together, we will: Develop a market-ready product and launch to customers
uSpark will: Provide up to $2,000,000 of services to commercialise a product and supporting capabilities
Receive up to $2,000,000

You can apply to our program during our open call out if you are an Australian citizen (or permanent resident) over the age of 18 by:
submitting an expression of interest (EOI);
attending one of our information webinars;
completing and submitting an application; and
creating a 3-minute video pitch about your product and sending it to us along with your completed application.
